The timeless art of Pen Kalamkari and Madhubani have been given a fresh look in various fabrics by Hyderabad-based designer Paarvati Kiriyath Bharath. Since 2012 she has sold designer Bridal Pen Kalamakari, Madhubani using the label Brʌɪd de' . The smell of natural colors in the air and the artists painting on the cloth,  not the most appeasing sight in the world. Brʌɪd de' supports over 20 families of dedicated artisans and Maggam workers.

 

Paarvati was born to Director Balu Kiriyath and Lakshmii Kiriyath , has an younger brother , Bharath Kiriyath . Summar of 2009 , Paarvati Kiriyath Bharath graduated from AMRITHA VISHWA VIDHYAPEETHAM (Bachelor of Commerce), and then completed MBA from AMRITHA SCHOOL OF BUSINESS . After the marriage she pursued Designing from NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF FASHION TECHNOLOGY, Hyderabad. She is Married to  Bharath Gopalakrishnan  (ROBOTIC RESEARCHER) - who is the Grandson of  Late Actress Lalitha (Travancore sisters- Lalitha , Padmini, Ragini).  Over the years, she has built a clothing brand which has an Unique Identity with the support of her Mother in Law Mrs Saraswathy Goplakrishnan ( who is an artist and designer) , and her Father in  Law   Mr Gopalakrishnan P who is the CEO  of Cream line diary product - JERSEY .

To make the Pen Kalamkari look different , it is first placed on an another fabric and worked on Maggam using zari ,then a needlework technique is done in which portions of cloth is cut away after the work has been completed .
